The MacStadium Portal allows organizations to manage their MacStadium solutions and support tickets.

Getting Started

Create your account and log into the Portal by going to portal.macstadium.com

Business Email Requirement

MacStadium services are intended for business use, and as part of our onboarding process, we require a valid business email address to create an account. If you attempt to sign up using a personal or non-business email, your registration will fail with the following error:
PreSignUp failed with error: Business email required.
To proceed, please use a company domain email address (e.g., you@yourcompany.com).
