Instant Provisioning lets you order a dedicated server directly through the MacStadium portal. When you complete checkout for a machine that MacStadium has available in inventory, MacStadium provisions it and releases it to you automatically. You don’t need a support ticket or manual setup. When you complete checkout, an installation ticket is opened automatically. If the server you ordered is available for Instant Provisioning, that ticket closes automatically. The ticket doesn’t include credentials. It links to the portal, where you can view the server’s IP address and login details. Inventory varies by data center and configuration. Checkout reflects what’s currently available for Instant Provisioning. MacStadium doesn’t publish per-location stock levels or restock dates in the documentation.
If the configuration you need isn’t available in your preferred data center at checkout, contact MacStadium Sales or your account team to ask about availability. If you need a specific configuration that MacStadium doesn’t currently have staged, or a larger order (see How do I order multiple servers at one time?), contact support@macstadium.com or your account team. Custom provisioning takes longer than an instant checkout, and timing depends on what you request.
