Your Orka license is managed through the LicenseSpring customer portal, a separate system from the MacStadium portal. This page covers how to get in, what your credentials are, and what you can do once you’re logged in.

Portal access

Portal URL: macstadium.users.licensespring.com MacStadium creates your portal account when your license is provisioned. Your login credentials arrive in the same email that delivers your license key, so no separate signup is needed.

Your credentials

FieldValue
EmailThe email address on your MacStadium account
PasswordThe generated password in your license delivery email
Your portal password is separate from your MacStadium portal password. The email address is the same.
Change your password on first login. If you need to reset credentials or can’t locate them, contact support@macstadium.com.

What you can see

The portal shows the current state of your license:
  • Your license key
  • License type (trial or commercial)
  • Current seat usage: active nodes vs. your maximum
  • License expiry date
  • Activation history

Revoking a node activation

Orka Engine licenses are floating, meaning the seat limit is concurrent, not total. If a node is decommissioned or replaced and the old activation is still holding a seat, you can release it from the portal. Find the activation in your license history and select the option to revoke it. The seat becomes available immediately.

Email notifications

LicenseSpring sends automatic notifications to your portal email when:
  • Your license expires in 30 days
  • Your license has expired
  • A node activates your license
  • You are approaching your seat limit
  • Your seat limit has been reached
