Overview

The Network Onboarding Form collects the network provisioning details our platform team needs to configure access to your MacStadium cloud environment. All new customers must complete and submit this form before network setup can begin. Network Onboarding Form The Network Onboarding Form (PDF) covers your cloud service selection (Bare Metal, Orka, or Private Cloud), preferred connection method, and any VPN or firewall parameters specific to your environment. Download the form, fill it out, and submit it to your account team or through a support ticket in the customer portal. For ticket steps, see Getting started with support.
